About Connections
Since 1993, Connections has provided comprehensive supportive housing services to individuals and families transitioning from homelessness to stable housing. The program includes both Permanent Supportive Housing and Rapid Re-Housing components, offering a full continuum of support tailored to each participant’s needs.
