SVdP Affordable Housing

St. Vincent de Paul provides affordable housing in Lane, Marion, and Multnomah counties. Since 1988, SVdP has developed more than 1,600 units of multi-family housing for low-income families, seniors, and people with disabilities, with approximately 1,500 units currently managed.

Our housing programs include Property Management, Resident Services, and Housing Development teams working together to provide safe, stable, and dignified homes for those who need them most.

Housing Development

St. Vincent de Paul continues to develop new affordable housing to meet the growing need. We work closely with local, state, and federal partners to secure funding and bring new projects to life, including the HOPE Community Corporation and new affordable housing developments.

Resident Services

Our Resident Services team provides workshops, food assistance, youth clubs, community gardens, and financial literacy programs for current residents.
