Cascade Alliance
Scaling social enterprise across the nation
The Cascade Alliance helps nonprofits nationwide convert discarded items into a stable revenue stream and quality jobs. Since 2013, the initiative has grown to include 18 organizations, created 150+ jobs, and diverted 7,000,000+ pounds of reusable materials from landfills.
By partnering with communities to develop recycling and reuse enterprises, the Cascade Alliance creates economic opportunity while diverting waste from landfills — demonstrating how environmental stewardship and social impact work hand in hand.
