About LCAT
Lane County Against Trafficking (LCAT) is a program of St. Vincent de Paul dedicated to combating human trafficking and supporting survivors in Lane County. Through community awareness, prevention education, and direct services, LCAT works to identify and assist victims of human trafficking while building a community-wide response to this critical issue.
Awareness & Prevention
Community education programs to recognize the signs of trafficking and take action to prevent exploitation.
Survivor Support
Direct services and resource connections for survivors, including case management, housing assistance, and safety planning.
Community Coalition
Coordinating with law enforcement, service providers, and community partners to build a comprehensive response to trafficking.
